On December 10, 2021, NFC signed an EPC contract with Amman Mineral Industri of Indonesia, to provide turn key services, including the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and delivery. The Project is located in the southwest of Sumbawa Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia, with the designed processing capacity of 900 KTPA copper concentrate and a surplus processing capacity of +15% copper concentrate. The main copper smelting process is the vortex column flash melting and blowing technology independently developed in China, and the precious metal recovery process is the complete set of whole-wet anodic mud processing technology. The signing of the Project has played a positive role in promoting the development and utilization of copper resources in Indonesia.
